Most of Paul Pierce's Hall of Fame-worthy career has been set in cold weather: Boston, Brooklyn, the District of Columbia.
This year was different for the California native (he was born and raised in Oakland, but attended high school in Los Angeles). Pierce signed a three-year deal with the Clippers last summer, which means he can live in LA with his wife and three children.
And it means Pierce can go all-out for birthdays in warm weather. For his daughter's 5th birthday party over the weekend, Pierce bought a llama.
Yeah, a llama. And you thought you parents loved you. Your mom and dad aren't "The Truth."
The birthday party was pretty lit, too.
