In the latest example of WNBA stars earning more high-profile marketing opportunities, Breanna Stewart shared the billing with Paul George to launch the American Express NBA 2K22 Experience for fans in downtown Los Angeles. Stewart and George went one on one in an NBA 2K22 showdown that live-streamed on Twitch.

The pop-up site for the weekend-long event included a Face Scan Studio where fans could get a high-quality rendering to be uploaded to the game for a more personalized functionality. After the faceoff with George, which featured a little trash talking, Stewart discussed her partnership with Amex, changes to the WNBA playoff format, life as a new mom and sneakers, including her forthcoming signature shoe with Puma.
