Things are looking up for Chandler Parsons and the Dallas Mavericks.
Playing on a new three-year, $46 million deal on a team that is a game out of third place in the extremely tough Western Conference, Parsons is recording the highest PER of his four-year career (16.4).
After an early-season beef with Mavs coach Rick Carlisle, things seem to be going well for Parsons in his first season in Dallas.
As if Parsons' cake needed icing, the 26-year-old was even voted the most handsome player in the NBA by a group of Japanese fans.
The NBA doesn't sanction this award, and it's unclear exactly who sponsors this competition, but it's no small victory for Parsons.
Perhaps it was Parsons' modeling that swayed his Japanese admirers. Parsons has starred in a Buffalo David Bitton campaign:
