More than 25 years after it was released, Bon Jovi's classic "Livin' on a Prayer" has made a remarkable run to near the top of the Billboard Hot 100.

All because of a four-year-old viral video.

You may remember seeing this clip of Boston fan Jeremy Fry dancing to "Livin' on a Prayer" at a Celtics game. During a stoppage in play at a 2009 game, Fry put on one of the best fan performances a JumboTron has ever seen.

The video immediately went viral when it was first made public.

Utrend.tv recently posted the video to its site, and in around one month it has gained 11 million worldwide views and 1.6 million Facebook shares.

All that traffic was good enough to boost "Livin' on a Prayer" to No. 25 on the recently released Billboard Hot 100. It debuted at the top of the charts for a four-week span in 1987, and amazingly it has made its way back to the top 25.

Not bad for a hit released a quarter of a century ago.
