Charles Woodson And Sons

Charles Woodson played his final game in Oakland Thursday, but his children have a message.

"My dad's the best player in the NFL."

Kid, your dad was the best player in college football in 1997 and the NFC's best defensive player in 2009. Your praise in 2015 is cute, though.

And your brother is funny too.

Woodson's sons, Chase and Charles Jr., took their antics to Woodson's press conference. There is some confusion on Twitter as to which son is saying what. Josh Dubow of the AP identifies Charles Woodson Jr. as the son calling his dad the best player in the world. By default, that should mean Chase is the son saying "Oaaaaaklaaaaand" and "Raaaaaiders."

The Woodson boys made their mark at the O.co Coliseum, across the parking lot from where Riley Curry made her inaugural address at Oracle Arena. There must be something in the water in the Bay Area, as Torrey Smith's son, T.J., is also an Internet sensation.

The Raiders won the game, beating the Chargers in overtime, 23-20. Woodson, who played in Oakland from 1998-2005 and 2013-present (with a mid-career stop in Green Bay) will end his career next Sunday at the Chiefs.

The Woodson boys will spend the next few years preparing cute statements for their father's Hall of Fame induction.
