With FOX as their sole media partner up for renewal, we conducted a strategic market analysis and were able to more than double their rights fee, reclaim over half of their live programming hours, and then secure a new streaming deal with Roku.

The result: a 4X, 7-figure increase in guaranteed revenue with additional upside. We also negotiated prime placement for the first 24/7 FAST channel dedicated to fishing, driving further exposure and revenue growth. These partnerships significantly boosted Average Annual Value (AAV) while expanding audience reach across multiple platforms.
