Meet Joe Mikulik. The 52-year-old never played past AAA. He has coached in the minor leagues since 1995, managing three A clubs, the Burlington Indians, Asheville Tourists and Myrtle Beach Pelicans. Mikulik is currently in his second year with the AA Frisco RoughRiders.
