Pete Carroll's House

Pete Carroll left USC in 2010 to join the Seattle Seahawks, but he still owns at least three homes in Southern California, according to the Los Angeles Times, which reports that the coach has listed his Manhattan Beach cottage for $1.999 million.

Carroll's place, which he bought in 1999, is practically shouting distance from the ocean.

Manhattan Beach is a popular spot to live among pro athletes, particularly the Lakers and Kings, local teams with practice facilities in the neighboring town of El Segundo. Sports power couple Mia Hamm and Nomar Garciaparra are also Manhattan Beach residents.
