On Nov. 29, 1980, Georgia freshman sensation Herschel Walker racked up 205 yards and scored three touchdowns against Georgia Tech. His 1,616 yards for the season broke the freshman rushing record of 1,586 yards set by Pitt's Tony Dorsett in 1973.
