While you kick back, relax and watch some tennis at the U.S. Open, there are also lots of tasty food options -- from some of the world's most famous chefs -- available in and around the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in Queens.

This star-studded list includes Ed Brown, David Burke, Josh Capon, David Chang, Jennifer Cox, Masaharu Morimoto, Tony Mantuano and Marcus Samuelsson. Because of such culinary talent, a new tradition at the U.S. Open in recent years has been the food-tasting preview the week before the tournament.

The chefs spoke on a panel, cracking jokes and each previewing the menus at their respective restaurants. Here are some of the more notable dishes:
