Conor McGregor fights for a living. But this week, he showed a mushy side, embracing one of New York's Finest.
An NYPD officer found herself in the same hall as McGregor, the UFC featherweight champion who fights Saturday at Madison Square Garden in UFC 205, and the moment, as captured by TMZ, was adorable:
"Besides my kids being born, this is one of the best days of my life," said the officer, who told McGregor she is Irish.
Saturday will be UFC's first appearance in New York. McGregor will fight Eddie Alvarez for the UFC lightweight championship.
