Super Bowl Babies Choir

Forget about going to Disney World like one of the Super Bowl champs. If your favorite team wins the big game, chances are you're interested in a more intimate and immediate celebration. The result, at least according to the NFL's premise, is that birth rates increase in championship cities nine months after the Super Bowl.

To illustrate this, the league will unveil its "Super Bowl Babies Choir" commercial Sunday during the Broncos-Panthers game. It is scheduled to be a 60-second spot. Here is the extended cut, with Seal joining the spoof of his hit "Kiss from a Rose."

You hate to be cynical about a cuddly commercial like this, but it's worth wondering how much of this was a calculated move to counter public perception about the league regarding issues of domestic violence, concussions and so forth.
