Running a half marathon, which is 13.1 miles, is hard enough. Try pumping breast milk during the race -- without stopping. That's what Anna Young of Salt Lake City did Sunday.

Young, who gave birth to her daughter five months ago, needed to pump after running eight miles. She posted a photo on Facebook showing herself pumping while continuing on the course, and included the hashtag #normalizebreastfeeding in her caption.

"I originally planned on sitting at one of the aid stations or on the side of the course, but I was so excited about how well I was running I decided to walk and pump at the same time," Young told Babble.com.

The photo has gone viral, and it's just another example of why moms are masters of multitasking.
