Although Gabby Douglas was forced to miss the MTV Video Music Awards due to a mouth infection, the rest of her USA gymnastics team was able to attend and participate in the show.
And for those four girls, it was the fulfillment of a dream -- a one shared by millions. They got to meet Beyonce.
But no one was more excited than Laurie Hernandez.
