Reginald Martinez Jackson was born May 18, 1946.

Jackson hits 563 home runs in 21 years with the New York Yankees, Oakland Athletics, Baltimore Orioles and California Angels. He became known as "Mr. October" because of his postseason heroics with the Athletics and Yankees.

Jackson's crowning moment came in the 1977 World Series, when he hit three home runs on three pitches in Game 6 to clinch the series for the Yankees.

He finished his career with five World Series titles and two World Series MVP awards.
