Aaron Hernandez may not have been on the field for New England at Ralph Wilson Stadium on Sunday, but the tight end, who was arrested in June and has pleaded not guilty to murder and weapons charges, was not far from the minds of the Patriots and their fans.

On the field, New England missed Hernandez and his role as a key weapon in the Patriots' offense.

Off the field, some Bills fans provided the Patriots with a stark reminder of their former tight end.

These Buffalo supporters showed up at the Bills-Patriots game dressed in orange jumpsuits with Hernandez's name and his number on the back.

While this was pretty extreme, the Patriots might want to get used to mocking as the season (and Hernandez's murder trial) drags on.
