Dwyane Wade took advantage of his day off before the Eastern Conference Finals to celebrate his son Zion's fifth birthday in true Miami style.

A single father raising two sons and a nephew, Wade has spoken out about the epidemic of broken homes, but he's not just blowing smoke, he's living up to his Mr. Mom nickname. His choice of no tattoos, drinking or drugs have been documented before, but he continues to try to be a true superdad.

The Miami Heat superstar held a pizza party for his son, which included 30 family and friends and a sold out performance of "The Lion King" at Miami's Adrienne Arsht Center, according to the NY Post.

After the show, the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports Wade, his girlfriend Gabrielle Union and son were invited backstage for a meet-and-greet with several cast members.

For many, the highlight of the five-year-old's birthday will be a designer two-tiered "The Lion King" cake. For the most part, rich people buying fancy cakes isn't all that interesting. However, Wade had the sweet food confection decorated with a proud fatherly message for his young son: "Happy 5th birthday to my mini me"

Afterward, the doting dad returned to work, scoring 22 points and dishing out seven assists to help lead the Heat to a 93-79 win over Boston during the first game of the best-of-seven Eastern Conference Finals.
