You have to appreciate the great title given to the video: "He's got a Hamster, in his hood."
The smuggling apparently happened at a soccer game in Walsall, England. The man carrying the hamster -- in his hood, behind his head -- flashes the camera and annoying smile that shows you how proud he is of his naughty little secret.
Needless to say, it doesn't seem like a safe situation. Just be glad it wasn't your hamster.
