Last year we shared two Instagram videos showing Marisa Inda, a personal trainer in Los Angeles, demonstrating some insanely difficult fitness moves. One involved a rapid sequence of various planks and pushups. In the other she used her hands to touch her shoulders -- while doing a handstand.
Here Inda has a partner to perform synchronized calisthenics:
They do a move called the Typewriter and then perform handstand pushups (HSPUs).
