When Joshua Johnson decided to build a backyard baseball field, he covered all the bases. And the pitching mound. And the baselines. And the outfield fence.

And now that he has finished building it, he needs to maintain it, which means mowing every three days.

"It's a lot of work, if you're not enjoying it," Johnson says. "But if you do enjoy it, it's not work at all."

In fact, it's a lot of fun when the whole family gets involved.
