Serena Williams Twerking

With an open-era record 22 Grand Slam singles titles to her name, Serena Williams knows how to move on the court. And with less than a week before the arguable G.O.A.T. heads to Rio to continue her dominance on the Olympic stage, she took some time to show the world that she can move off it as well.

Williams, who recently discussed how she previously struggled to come to terms with her notably strong, muscular frame, showed off her newfound comfort with her body in this video feature by SELF Magazine on Tuesday.

Check out minute-long clip, appropriately titled "Serena Williams Teaches Us How to Twerk," here:

They don't call her the greatest for nothing.

Williams is set to be the cover figure of SELF's September issue, but she has plenty of business to handle before that, as she is heavily favored to defend her 2012 Olympic titles in both the women's singles and doubles tournaments in Rio. (She will partner with sister Venus in the latter.) Both tournaments will begin August 6, when Serena will have the opportunity to become the first male or female tennis player history to earn six total Olympic medals.
