Chip Kelly was fired after three seasons as coach of the Eagles, and he absorbed plenty of criticism along the way. But he has a new gig with the 49ers, and Philadelphia safety Malcolm Jenkins gave an upbeat assessment of Kelly.
"Chip is a great coach," Jenkins said. "He's going to be successful in San Francisco. I really believe that in my heart."
