After the Los Angeles premiere of When The Bell Rings last week, the documentary's protagonist, Dino Wells, got a special surprise.

The film tells the story of Wells, a decorated amateur boxing champion who never had a pro career until he decided he wanted to take a crack at it when he was 40. The screening, held at Fox Studios, included a presentation to Wells from officials of the World Boxing Council. Check out the emotional moment in the video above.

Set for release on all VOD platforms, the film will be available on iTunes and Vimeo on Nov. 24. It won the jury award for Best Documentary Feature at the New Orleans Film Festival.
