Kris Bryant and the Cubs got off to a good home start Monday. After raising the club's first World Series banner since 1908, the North Siders won 3-2 on Anthony Rizzo's single in the bottom of the ninth.
With Tuesday being an off-day, Bryant used home-field advantage again. He bashed home run balls into the Chicago River.
The Cubs captured the moment on Facebook Live:
No big deal. Just the reigning MVP smashing hardballs in a major city.

In seven games, the Cubs are 5-2, but Bryant does not have a home run. His .267 average with four RBI and three doubles is not a terrible start, but he would like stronger numbers. Maybe a few dingers into the river will help spark Bryant.
