During their time together on the Seattle Mariners, Ken Griffey Jr. developed a close bond with Japanese hitter Ichiro Suzuki.
How close? Apparently Griffey developed a habit of tickling Suzuki. And not just the occasional poke: He'd bear down on him mercilessly, pushing Suzuki to the bring of torture.

As Griffey explains to Bleacher Report, he loved to tickle Ichiro until he was "drenched with sweat." This wasn't a rare occurrence, either: Griffey says it happened "every day."
In fairness, he also says Suzuki never expressed frustration over it. Sometimes he'd laugh, playfully, because that's what best friends do when they're locked in a years-long tickle fight.
