Kate Upton In 2017 Swimsuit Issue

Kate Upton's trainer, Ben Bruno, periodically posts YouTube videos of the supermodel's workouts, which he says "are not for the faint of heart."

The latest clip went up just a few weeks before Sports Illustrated unveiled the cover for this year's Swimsuit Issue, which has three different versions, all featuring Upton.

Here's Upton performing the Assisted 1 Arm/1 Leg Row, which Bruno describes as a "full body exercise that also works the glutes, hamstrings, hip stabilizers, and core, giving you a great bang for your buck."
