Musical-loving baseball fans of Chicago will have a bit of a dilemma Wednesday. Hamilton has its red-carpet Chicago opening night at the PrivateBank Theatre. That same night, the Cubs will be playing in Game 4 of the National League Championship Series against the Dodgers in Los Angeles. While there is no way to watch the two at the same time, a few clever fans have come up with the next best thing.
They have brought together Hamilton and the Cubs by creating a new song titled "The Team at Clark and Addison." Set to the tune of the show's opening number "Alexander Hamilton," the new song recounts the Cubs' troubling past and bright future:
