James Harrison

James Harrison brings a new meaning to the phrase, "Don't try this at home with his latest offseason workout." The 38-year-old two-time Super Bowl champion is preparing for the upcoming NFL season in Phoenix, where daytime temperatures consistently exceed 100 degrees.

Harrison uploaded a video to Instagram of him playing a game called Danney ball, named after trainer Ian Danney, which has the basic rules of volleyball, but the drama of a Rocky Balboa movie. The two-on-two game involves a 10-pound medicine ball being flung back and forth over a net. And it is played on sand.

Other stars, including Redskins safety Ryan Clark and Tim Tebow, are part of the Danney ball trend.

So, if you're looking for a good workout ... keep looking because this is a feat too tall for mere mortals.
