OK that was a grown up move... Kids was getting bullied and ragged on about his shoes.... so another student bought him some Lebron's the next day...

A woman identifying herself as the gift-giver's mom posted more information in a comment on the original Facebook post of the video. Apparently this occurred last year, but the clip is just going viral now.
