Blake Griffin can't catch a break. He puts on a great performance all throughout the regular season, but when the lights are on him in the playoffs, he just can't seem to get the job done. Between that and his nice-guy reputation, Griffin is battling upstream against criticisms, such as the ones here from the guys at the Blade Barbershop, that he's too soft for his own good.

But being soft doesn't mean you aren't a great player. Griffin's struggles to make a deep playoff run might have something to do with a different quality -- or a lack thereof.
