When the WNBA season ends, many of its stars travel overseas for bigger paydays. Elena Delle Donne isn't among them.

Delle Donne, a perennial All-Star and league MVP in 2015, opts to head home in Delaware. That's because Elena wants to spend the time with older sister Lizzie, who is blind and deaf and suffers from cerebral palsy.

"Lizzie doesn't know that I play basketball," Elena says on HBO's Real Sports. "She doesn't know that I'm 6-5. She just knows that I am one of her people, and a really important person in her life. And that's all I want to be."
