Fans attending the Utah Jazz-Golden State Warriors game Wednesday night were thrilled at the chance to see Stephen Curry live in Salt Lake City. Some fans who tried to get an up-close look before the game got a little more than they bargained for.
During an autograph session with fans outside the tunnel to the locker room, video shows the railing collapsing in front of Curry, where fans were pressing in to try and get the superstar's autograph. Video shows some of those fans tumbling to the concrete:

Fortunately, the damage was minimal: None of the fans were injured in the accident, and only a small piece of railing was in need of repair.
It might have ended up an embarrassing, disappointed night for those fans, but Curry made sure things ended on a high note. After he helped Golden State to an overtime win over the Utah Jazz, Curry made sure those fans were hooked up with some awesome souvenirs:
Steph Curry gave autographed paraphernalia (a shoe, a basketball and a jersey) to three fans who were involved in the collapsed rail.
