Diamond Dallas Page's wrestling career was sizzling in 1998. He headlined a pay-per-view event by tag-teaming with NBA superstar Karl Malone against Hollywood Hogan and Dennis Rodman. He was a guest on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno. And he appeared in the movie "Ready To Rumble," featuring David Arquette, Scott Caan and Oliver Platt.

Then doctors told Page that he was finished because he had blown out two vertebrae in his back.

As Page put it, he was the kind of guy who wouldn't be caught dead doing yoga. But at his wife's suggestion, he tried it as a way of healing his back.

The decision paid off. Page returned to the ring and became WCW champion three times. He has developed his own brand of yoga with DDP Yoga, which has grown into a thriving business, and he is a 2017 inductee in the WWE Hall of Fame. In the exclusive video interview above, Page recounts the origin of DDP Yoga and what makes it so distinctive.
