Lamar Odom is still in critical condition, as the world follows the former NBA star's fight to survive in a Las Vegas hospital.
Major outlets such as CNN are tracking the story. The network made an unfortunate error Thursday afternoon.

NBA fans should recognize the image in the background is not Odom, but instead LaMarcus Aldridge. Now of the San Antonio Spurs, Aldridge is seen in a Portland Trail Blazers jersey. Odom and Aldridge are both 6-10 basketball players, and mistakes do happen. But it's a little harder to swallow considering Odom is famous as an NBA star and being a part of the Kardashian circus.
