Peyton Manning threw 539 career touchdown passes. That's a lot of touchdowns. But the distribution was not all that balancedeven. A small group of receivers caught the majority of the touchdown receptions. The following is an elite group of Manning's teammates who corralled double-digit touchdown catches from The Sheriff. Marvin Harrison (112 TDs)

Marvin Harrison

No duo in NFL history has more touchdown connections. Manning and Harrison played 11 seasons together in Indianapolis. At his peak, Harrison caught at least 10 passes every season from 1999-2006. Harrison made the Pro Bowl in all eight of those seasons. Steve Young and Jerry Rice are second to Manning and Harrison with 85 connections. Reggie Wayne (67 TDs)

Reggie Wayne

Wayne apprenticed under Harrison for the first half of his Colts career before taking the reins of the wide receiving corps. From 2006-2010, Manning's final five years in Indy, Wayne accumulated 41 touchdown receptions. Like Manning, Wayne is a New Orleans native. Dallas Clark (44 TDs)

Dallas Clark

Manning's long-time security blanket, Clark was Manning's rock across the center of the field. At his peak, Clark had 27 touchdown catches from 2007-2009 (he had 100 receptions in his lone Pro Bowl season in 2009). Demaryius Thomas (36 TDs)

Demaryius Thomas

The leading receiver of Manning's Denver tenure, Thomas turned into a superstar among The Sheriff's arrival. Thomas caught 35 touchdowns during Manning's 2012-2014 peak, but only one of his six 2015 touchdowns came off Manning's fingertips. Marcus Pollard (34 TDs)

Marcus Pollard

Manning's O.G. tight end, Pollard had one touchdown in three seasons before Manning was drafted. He peaked with an eight-touchdown season in 2001. Pollard had only five touchdowns in his final four seasons outside of Indy. Eric Decker (24 TDs)

Eric Decker

Decker and Manning only played two seasons together, but they made the most of it. In the two seasons before Manning, Decker had a total of nine touchdowns. Then Decker had a 13 in 2012 and 11 in 2013 with Manning. Julius Thomas (24 TDs)

Like Decker, Thomas had 24 touchdowns in just two seasons with Manning (2013 and 2014). Thomas' production dropped to five touchdown receptions as a Jaguar in 2015. Brandon Stokley (20 TDs)

Brandon Stokley

Stokley reeled in 15 Manning touchdowns as a Colt from 2003-2006. Then, after zero touchdown receptions in 2010 and 2011, Stokley reunited with Manning in Denver for five more touchdowns. Austin Collie (15 TDs)

Austin Collie

Collie flew out of the gates, going for 15 touchdowns in 25 games during his first two NFL seasons. However, post-Manning, Collie could only muster one touchdown catch in 24 games, including seven games with Tom Brady. Collie is currently a member of the B.C. Lions in the Canadian Football League. Emmanuel Sanders (13 TDs)

Emmanuel Sanders

Of Sanders' 13 touchdowns from Manning, nine came in 2014. Sanders and Manning did show some life at the Super Bowl against Carolina, as Sanders had six receptions for 83 yards. The two did not connect in the end zone, though. Wes Welker (12 TDs)

Wes Welker

Although his reputation will always be as a Brady asset, Welker actually had his most successful season in the end zone with Manning. Welker caught ten touchdowns in 2013. However, Welker's 2014 season was slowed after a two-game suspension. Welker tested positive for amphetamines after reportedly taking ecstasy laced with an illegal substance at the Kentucky Derby. Welker was in Louisville with Brady. P.S. The Patriots went on to win the Super Bowl that season. Edgerrin James (11 TDs)

Edgerrin James

Manning's greatest complement, James caught 11 touchdowns, but nine of them came in the duo's first two seasons together (1999 and 2000). James did not have any touchdown receptions in his four seasons after leaving the Colts in 2006. (He missed Manning's two Indianapolis Super Bowl trips). James rushed for 64 touchdowns during his Colts tenure. Pierre Garçon (10 TDs)

Pierre Garçon

Garçon had just four total receptions during his 2008 rookie season, but in 2009 and 2010, the former sixth-round pick had his skills maximized by Manning, going for four and six touchdown receptions. Garçon has been a rarity in finding success away from The Sheriff's office, accumulating 18 touchdowns in four seasons in Washington. Notes: -- Joseph Addai, running back for the Colts during the Super Bowl XLI season, and Colts/Broncos tight end Jacob Tamme just miss the cut with nine touchdown receptions each. -- Household names Anthony Gonzalez (seven), Dominic Rhodes (four), C.J. Anderson (three) and Knowshon Moreno (three) are out of the double-digit threshold. -- Owen Daniels had three regular season touchdown receptions in his lone season with Manning (2015), but he also added two postseason TDs, both in the AFC Championship Game versus the Patriots. -- In his only season with Manning -- the quarterback's 1998 rookie season -- Marshall Faulk had four touchdown receptions.
