Short on time? You can still get a great workout. Try this super effective total-body circuit, created by Women's Health senior fitness editor Jen Ator, C.S.C.S., author of the new book Shape Up Shortcuts.
Here's how it works: You'll do five exercises in five minutes with minimal rest between moves (50 seconds on, 10 seconds off). You can complete the sequence once for a super quick sweat session—or you can replay the video for a total of three to four circuits, making it a 15- to 20-minute workout).
