Body Plan chose four moves -- groiners, pushups, kettlebell swings, and core sideups -- that you'll do back-to-back in a circuit. And as if that's not tough enough, you have to immediately perform the circuit again. "It's a punishing total-body challenge that requires you spend as much time as possible working," says Durkin. "You'll crank up your metabolism to an all-new level."
