Most men stick to dips and overhead extensions when it comes to working their triceps. If you want another option in your arm-sculpting arsenal, try the uneven plank -- a core exercise that does double duty as a triceps builder. "Unlike the standard plank, you'll lift one forearm off the floor," says BJ Gaddour, C.S.C.S., creator of 10-Minute Torchers. "Now your arm is holding the bottom position of a pushup, which instantly activates your triceps." The longer you hold the exercise, the longer your triceps will be under tension. The result is more muscle growth. But fair warning: Your triceps won't be the only muscles screaming. Since you're balancing on only one forearm instead of two, your entire core has to work overtime to stabilize.
