If you've never heard of the "flying pushup," prepare to be amazed.

Ahmed Kerigo, a noted fitness guru, is somewhat of a "flying push up" pioneer, having starred in lots of videos in which he pulls off this amazing feat (for reference see here and here).

The move starts with Kerigo doing a normal pushup, but instead of returning to his initial position he launches himself into the air. He then grabs onto an object and completes another pushup. It is truly amazing.

In a video posted recently, Kerigo pulls off what may be a world record. He does a flying pushup using boxes stacked four-and-a-half feet high.

Pretty impressive if you ask us.
