Body Plan tests his athletes' upper-body endurance with this super-fast, muscle-blasting pushup challenge.
Ready to try it? Grab a stopwatch. Do 10 pushups in 10 seconds, and then rest 10 seconds. (If you perform 10 pushups in less than 10 seconds, add the remaining seconds to your rest time.) That's 1 round. Repeat for as many rounds as possible until you are no longer able to complete all 10 pushups in 10 seconds. Durkin completed 8 rounds. What was your score?
