How to do it: Grab a stopwatch. Perform the two exercises back-to-back, moving from one exercise to the next without rest. Repeat for a total of two rounds.

Arnold Press
Stand tall and hold a pair of 25-pound dumbbells in front of your chest with your palms facing in. Press the weights overhead, rotating your wrists so that your palms face forward. Lower the dumbbells in front of your chest so your palms face you again. That's 1 rep. Do 12.

Skater Hop
Stand on your left foot with your left knee slightly bent and your right foot slightly off the floor. Lower your body toward the floor, and then bound to your right by jumping off your left leg. Land on your right foot and bring your left foot behind your right. That's 1 rep. On your next rep, reverse the movement back toward the left, landing on your left foot. Complete 24 reps total.
