Kevin Hugh Lowe was born April 15, 1959.

Lowe won six Stanley Cups in his 20-year career with the Edmonton Oilers and New York Rangers. He also played in seven All-Star Games.

His best years came in Edmonton, where he led the team to five championships from 1979 to 1992.

Lowe now serves as the president of hockey operations for the Oilers.
