Two of sports great champions share the same birthday. Muhammad Ali was born Cassius Marcellus Clay, Jr. on January 17, 1942, and Dwyane Tyrone Wade, Jr. was born January 17, 1982.
Both men were champions at young ages. At the age of 22 Ali won the world heavyweight championship in 1964 from Sonny Liston in a stunning upset, while Wade led the Miami Heat to the franchise's first title in 2006 at the age of 24. Wade was Finals MVP.
Both men would repeat as champions in their careers. Ali famously shocked heavyweight champion George Foreman in 1974 in what was known as "The Rumble in the Jungle". Wade would team up with LeBron James to capture two more titles in 2012 and 2013.
