Well, that was quick.
Just a few days after Julian Edelman was seen wearing a shirt that featured a large, shirtless photo of him, Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski responded with his own creative T-shirt.

Edelman had this to tweet about his teammates new shirt:

Edelman and Gronkowski were channeling actors Ryan Gosling and Macaulay Culkin, who recently pulled off a similar shirt stunt. It's unclear how or why this whole "T-shirt inception" craze started, but you've got to hand it to Edelman and Gronkowski for catching on while it's still hot.
Here's all four men and their awesome attire:

Edelman and Gronkowski, drafted by the Patriots in 2009 and 2010, respectively, have been two of Tom Brady's favorite targets the past few seasons. Edelman led the team in receiving in 2013 (1,056 yards), while Gronkowski led the team in receiving touchdowns in 2012 (11), 2011 (17) and 2010 (10).
It's been a busy offseason for the duo, and in addition to engaging in this T-shirt tomfoolery they've also hung out in Los Angeles on the set of the Entourage movie.
