Carmelo Anthony gets a bad reputation for his defensive game, but when he actually focuses, he can actually d-up the best players in the game. When his wife is involved, he is on lockdown.
This week, Twitter went rampant with a rumor of Anthony's wife, radio and television personality La La (née Vazquez), cheating on him. A user named "iluvpatricele," who reportedly has children with rapper Maino, made the accusations with Instagram comments directed at La La.
Sly move tagging Carmelo.
For a day, social media lit up with comments about the cheating rumor. Of course, Twitter could not help but make Knicks jokes like this:

While this all seemed to lack any sort of validity, the viral nature of the rumor caused the Anthonys to cave and address the situation. On La La's Instagram page, she and Carmelo put up a video dancing to Meek Mill's "All Eyes on You" featuring Nicki Minaj.
The video is a cute way to mock rumors, but really, Anthonys, Team Meek?
Carmelo used his social media presence to focus on more important things: THE NEW LOOK KNICKS. Carmelo spent the week training in Puerto Rico with some new teammates such as Kristaps Porzingis.
Anthony does not need a love triangle. He needs to figure out the triangle.
