It turns out the athletes aren't the only ones who are getting in shape for the Olympics. London's famed double-decker buses are putting in last-minute push-ups as well.

At least that's how Czech artist David Cerny sees it.

Cerny attached two hydraulic arms to an old-fashioned, double-decker London bus. Not only did he insert a suspension system and wiring, he also added a sound system which makes the bus sound as if it is grunting as it rises and falls. He named the piece "London Boosted." The bus is currently on display at Czech Olympic House in London.

"There is one common exercise for every sportsman in the world, and that is push-ups," Cerny said. "It is training for sport activities but at the same time it is also punishment in armies and prisons. So the push-ups are a very universal physical activity...It is in a way very ironic."
