Heaping portions for food at the Final Four would be expected this year because it is being held in the Dallas area, and Texas is known for its obsession with size. But the folks on the Legends Culinary Team get extra credit for combining volume with creativity.

Behold the Texas Triple Double Sandwich. For $20, you can have a hamburger, bacon and fried chicken all at once. And they have turned the classic of Chicken & Waffles into a sandwich that includes onion rings, pepper jack cheese, pecan-maple mayonnaise and bacon. The waffles, which serve as the bread of the sandwich, are cut in the shape of Texas.
