That's the mindset you should take when watching Miami-based yoga instructor and author Kino MacGregor perform this handstand-to-chinstand pose. Sure, 99.9 percent of us could never do this even if we trained every day. But it should still be inspiring to push yourself to a new level of fitness as we head into the New Year.
