Wrestlers from the famed Mexican lucha libre promotion AAA are coming to the United States with a special twist. They will be featured in an original English-language television series on the upstart El Rey Network called Lucha Underground that will be produced in Los Angeles. The production is a tag-team effort between the network and Mark Burnett's company One Three Media.
Stars such as Blue Demon Jr., Chavo Guerrero Jr., and Sexy Star are booked for the series that premieres 8 p.m. ET/PT on Oct. 29, and is scheduled for a weekly one-hour show on Wednesday nights. Here's a preview:
