Some things changed for Michelle Beadle, the 38-year-old co-host of ESPN's SportsNation, as she attended prom for the first time as a non-high schooler.
Not only was the 38-year-old mistaken for a chaperone, but she tweeted that this time her hair was "slightly smaller and my bum slightly bigger."
Some things, however, stayed the same for Beadle, who accepted the prom invite of paralyzed high school senior Jack Jablonski. Even though Beadle was two decades older than her date, she was still nervous.
I'm a 38 year old getting ready for prom. My hair will be slightly smaller and my bum slightly bigger. And I'm also nervous. What?!?!

Beadle and Jablonski, a former hockey player who was paralyzed when he was checked headfirst into the boards, posted photos throughout the evening, and it looks like they had a blast.

"Jack is a just a cool human being," Beadle said. "To go through what he's gone through and to keep smiling, it's just a no-brainer that I would want to hang out."
